SHOP SOCIETY REFUND & DISPUTE POLICY

Seller-Controlled Policies
Sellers may establish their own return and refund policies.
Such policies must be:
Clearly disclosed
Consistently applied
Compliant with applicable laws
Digital Products
Unless required by law, digital products are final sale and non-refundable.
Refunds may be issued voluntarily by the seller.
Physical Products
Refund eligibility is determined by the seller's stated policies unless otherwise required by law.
Dispute Process
Step 1:
Buyer contacts seller.
Step 2:
Seller has 72 hours to respond.
Step 3:
Buyer may escalate to Shop Society.
Step 4:
Shop Society reviews evidence.
Step 5:
Shop Society issues a determination.
Evidence
Evidence may include:
Photos
Tracking information
Receipts
Communications
Product documentation
Marketplace Decisions
Shop Society reserves the right to make final marketplace decisions regarding disputes and enforcement actions.
