Shop Society is intended to be a positive and supportive marketplace community. These Guidelines apply to all users, shops, customers, posts, stories, reviews, comments, and messages.
Be Respectful
Users may not:
Harass others
Threaten others
Bully others
Stalk others
Intimidate others
Use hateful language
Discriminate against others
Be Honest
Users may not:
Create fake accounts
Impersonate others
Submit fake reviews
Manipulate ratings
Misrepresent products
Misrepresent businesses
Keep Content Appropriate
Users may not post:
Pornographic content
Graphic violence
Illegal content
Fraudulent content
Copyright-infringing content
Trademark-infringing content
Messaging Rules
Messaging may not be used for:
Spam
Harassment
Threats
Fraud
Scam attempts
Marketplace Conduct
Users may not:
Circumvent platform fees
Manipulate sales data
Manipulate engagement
Abuse dispute systems
Enforcement
Shop Society may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts for violations of these Guidelines.
